By creating a FireConnect account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FireConnect. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Conduct

To keep FireConnect safe, you agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
  • Post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
  • Use the app for commercial purposes, spam, or scams.
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the app's functionality.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on FireConnect. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

FireConnect is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our community.
